These terms govern your use of the BPEX platform. Please read them fully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering on BPEX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BPEX. The platform is operated exclusively for entertainment purposes and is available only to eligible users. BPEX serves Pakistani players and all transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). To register and use BPEX, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
BPEX may request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. This is a strict policy and is enforced without exception.
Age Verification: BPEX takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If our systems detect indicators of underage use, the account will be suspended immediately pending full identity verification.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one BPEX account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or different devices — constitute a violation of these terms. If BPEX detects duplicate accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings from bonus-funded bets voided.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your BPEX account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number. BPEX uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your BPEX account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. BPEX will never ask you for your password via phone, email, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BPEX support immediately at support@bpex.ws. BPEX is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
BPEX may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification typically requires a copy of a government-issued ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All transactions on BPEX are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BPEX does not accept or process any foreign currency at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your BPEX balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Card deposits are typically instant but may be subject to your bank's fraud screening processes.
Important: Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. BPEX does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from accounts not belonging to the registered BPEX user will be returned and may trigger an account review.
To request a withdrawal from your BPEX account, you must have completed any active bonus wagering requirements in full. Withdrawals requested with an active bonus attached to the balance will be declined until the wagering requirement is met. The real-money component of a mixed balance (bonus + real money) may be withdrawn separately in accordance with BPEX's balance segregation policy — details are available in your account's withdrawal section.
BPEX targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests:
VIP Club members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing which reduces these times further. During periods of exceptionally high withdrawal volume, processing may take longer — BPEX will communicate any delays via in-platform notification.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by method and VIP tier. These are displayed in your account's withdrawal section. BPEX reserves the right to split large withdrawals across multiple transactions if required by payment provider policies.
BPEX may require full KYC verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure. Providing accurate verification documents promptly ensures withdrawal requests are processed without unnecessary delay.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, and cashback offers made available through BPEX are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific terms take precedence over these general terms where they conflict. BPEX reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if it is being abused or if technical or operational issues require it.
Bonus funds credited to your BPEX account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Wagering on different product types contributes differently to wagering requirements — sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, and live casino games contribute 10%. Virtual Sports contribute 100%. The full contribution table is available in your account's bonus section.
New BPEX accounts are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is a 100% deposit match up to Rs 10,000. To qualify, the deposit must be a minimum of Rs 500. The bonus is credited automatically and is subject to the 20x wagering requirement described above. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration — unused entitlements lapse after this period.
BPEX has systems in place to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation, and using bonuses in ways that are designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than for genuine play. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended from BPEX.
All bets placed on BPEX are subject to the specific sport or event rules applicable at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant market rules displayed in the betting interface. BPEX is not responsible for bets placed on the wrong market, incorrect team, or incorrect event due to user error.
BPEX reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where BPEX determines that a player has a systematic advantage. Maximum single-bet limits apply and are displayed in the bet placement interface before confirmation. Bets placed above the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted stake automatically.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the event does not take place within 48 hours of its scheduled time; a market is suspended and the bet was accepted during a technical error; or odds were published due to a manifest error (see Section 7.4).
If BPEX publishes odds or markets that contain a manifest error — for example, odds that are clearly and obviously incorrect due to a data feed malfunction, human error, or technical fault — BPEX reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already settled. BPEX will communicate such situations transparently and promptly.
In-play (live) bets on BPEX are subject to a brief acceptance delay which allows the trading system to verify that the odds offered remain valid at the moment of bet placement. During high-volatility moments in a match, this delay may result in odds changes before acceptance. If the odds change materially during the acceptance window, BPEX will notify you of the new odds before the bet is confirmed.
All slot and casino games available on BPEX are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by BPEX's game supply partners are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on individual games reflect the theoretical long-run payout rate and do not guarantee specific outcomes during any individual session.
BPEX does not modify the mathematics or payout structures of any game supplied by third-party studios. The games perform exactly as designed and certified by their original developers. Any technical fault that interrupts a game round will result in the round being voided and the stake returned to your balance where possible. In cases where the outcome was determined before the interruption, the settled result will stand.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, BPEX will complete its review within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any affected withdrawals processed promptly. Where a breach is confirmed, BPEX will communicate the specific reason and any balance treatment to the account holder.
You may close your own BPEX account at any time by contacting support@bpex.ws. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
All content on the BPEX platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, game content, software, logos, brand names, and database structures — is the property of BPEX or its licensed suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the BPEX platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
