If you wish to close your BPEX account, email support@bpex.ws from your registered email address and request permanent closure. Before closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Note that if your reason for closure is a concern about your gambling habits, BPEX recommends using the self-exclusion tool (available in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming) rather than full closure — it provides the same protection with the option to return after the exclusion period ends.
